The Park CDC’s commitment to addressing the housing crisis fosters inclusiveness where everyone can thrive. On August 8th, we celebrated the Grand Opening of Gilfield Park (5115 Banner Ridge Boulevard Charlotte, NC 28216), our addition to affordable housing for seniors in Charlotte and the first of a multi-phase endeavor to provide housing to moderate income.
Gilfield Park Leasing Information
